The author has experienced a case of the congenital bilateral choanal atrlsia in a 12-year-old Korean boy. Reconstruction operation was performedt hrough transpalatal approach. Created openings were closed and revision was made successfully. A brief review of literature was made and operative procedures were dicussed.
